  1. There are many resources that are deemed valuable in the Amazon Rainforest, from oil to timber to land for cattle and soybeans. It all leads to the destruction of the most valuable thing in the Rainforest which is the plants. The plant life of the Amazon Rainforest is the most valuable thing.
    The known and unknown nutritional and medicinal benefits to humans are the treasure. The rest is short term greed for a few greedy capitalists.
